And of course thank you everyone for your supportive comments, favorites and watches!
I'd like to post the link of an art community forum style I've joined. They invited me to be part of their Artist's Area. There is a themed project given and artists submit pieces for it. Then when enough are collected they release "Art Packs". They just released their Steam Punk themed pack. Anyone can post in their forums. Check it out. It seems to be a bit design heavy, so run on over illustrators!

I'm also working on a calender project with a group of talented designers and artists at Designcollector.com [link] Check out the blog, you'll find talented artists from all around the world. They even have them broken up by country which I think is interesting because you can observe trends and influences.
Besides freelancing I like to take on exposure and artist collaboration projects. The mind must be stimulated and skills need constant improvement. It's a great way to network with other artists and just to get practice. Don't turn any opportunity down. Plus I just love it... making artwork.
Well that's just some advice from my perspective.
And as always, you can keep up with me here:
